100% Black ownership and dedicated management form the backbone of Eastgate Logistics Express. We want to drive transformation by ensuring more Black South Africans and companies take an active, influential role in the economy — particularly within the Logistics Management, Transport and Supply Chain sectors. With over 30 years of experience in freight and logistics management, Prem Naidoo provides the strategic vision and leadership that drive Eastgate Logistics Express forward. Having held senior management roles in established logistics companies across Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal, Prem brings a wealth of knowledge in transport management, supply-chain operations and business development.

As Founder and General Manager, Prem is responsible for the company's overall strategy, growth initiatives and operational excellence. His expertise in contract negotiation, contract management and business analysis lets him identify opportunities that strengthen client partnerships and expand the business across South Africa and the SADC region. Prem also serves as an initial key account manager, ensuring new clients benefit directly from his experience, insight and commitment to long-term, trust-based relationships.

Kreolan Naidoo brings a dynamic blend of technical expertise and business acumen to his role as Business Support Manager. With a BCom Informatics and BCom Honours in Informatics from the University of Pretoria, he combines a strong grounding in information systems with economics, management sciences and logistics operations.

At Eastgate he oversees operations, administration, fleet management, budgeting and reporting — ensuring efficiency and accuracy across the business. His skills in project management, system design, data analysis and cybersecurity fundamentals let him integrate technology-driven solutions into logistics, streamlining processes while maintaining high service standards. His focus on efficiency, accountability and problem-solving makes him an integral part of the leadership team.
