With over 20 years of experience in the freight and logistics management industry, Prem Naidoo provides the strategic vision and leadership that drive Eastgate Logistics Express forward. Having held senior management roles in established logistics companies across Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal, Prem brings a wealth of knowledge in transport management, supply chain operations, and business development.

As a Founder & General Manager, Prem is responsible for guiding the company’s overall strategy, overseeing growth initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. His expertise in contract negotiation, contract management, and business analysis allows him to identify opportunities that strengthen client partnerships and expand the business footprint across South Africa and the SADC region.

Prem also serves as an initial key account manager, ensuring that new clients benefit directly from his experience, insight, and commitment to building long-term, trust-based relationships. Under his leadership, Eastgate Logistics Express continues to live its motto: Efficiency in Motion.

Kreolan Naidoo brings a dynamic blend of technical expertise and business acumen to his role as Business Support Manager at Eastgate Logistics Express. With a strong academic background, including a BCom Informatics and BCom Honours in Informatics from the University of Pretoria, Kreolan combines knowledge of information systems with a solid foundation in economics, management sciences, and logistics operations.

At Eastgate Logistics Express, he oversees operations, administration, fleet management, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across the business. His skills in project management, system design, data analysis, and cybersecurity fundamentals allow him to integrate technology-driven solutions into logistics operations, streamlining processes while maintaining high service standards.

Dedicated and adaptable, Kreolan plays a key role in ensuring the company’s operations run smoothly, while also supporting strategic growth and innovation. His focus on efficiency, accountability, and problem-solving makes him an integral part of the leadership team, driving the company’s commitment to its motto: Efficiency in Motion.
